Sturdiness and durability - for many years of trouble free swimming and fun.

That means for us: the implementation of quality management. As active member of the AVK (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Verstärkte Kunststoffe = study group reinforced plastics) our production technicians research, together with our suppliers, which influences from the pool water, water treatment chemicals and the environment affect the surface of the shell. Especially the various disinfection  products, pH values and water temperature play a role.

Also mechanical influences by for instance pool cleaners are taken into account. The results of this research determine the quality of the various materials and the production methods. The result is material with a quality that is especially suitable for swimming pools. Of course this is all tested adequately under the various conditions.  A unique quality assurance system guarantees that only raw materials with the proper quality are being used. We test all the materials from our suppliers in our own laboratory. Especially the materials used for the surface of our pools are tested to guarantee they are colour fast, glass and acrylics are tested they are warm water proof.

This allows statements about the durability of the pool even before it has been produced. Special quality control procedures ensure not only that the various steps that must be taken are indeed executed. Every step in the production process is properly documented. The protocoll is archived so that, even after many years, we can give the proper service and our experience is included in our new products. That's the advantage of mass production.
